American Sovereign Bullion LLC provides services related to the acquisition, delivery, and management of physical precious metals, including but not limited to:

• The sale of gold, silver, and other precious metals for direct personal ownership
• Assistance with the establishment and rollover of self-directed Individual Retirement Accounts (“IRAs”) backed by precious metals
• Subscription-based purchasing programs for recurring acquisition of physical metals
• Secure, insured shipping and delivery of purchased metals
• Educational resources, market information, and general guidance related to precious metals ownership

All metals are sold as tangible assets and may be delivered directly to the customer or held in approved storage facilities, depending on the service selected.

All services are subject to availability, market conditions, and applicable agreements or proposals.

02Estimates, Pricing, and Agreements

Any quotes, pricing, or estimates provided by American Sovereign Bullion LLC are subject to change based on market conditions, product availability, and timing of acceptance.

• Precious metals pricing is tied to live market rates and may fluctuate until an order is confirmed and price is locked.
• Orders are not considered final until confirmed by ASB and payment is received and cleared.
• Once a transaction is confirmed and price is locked, it is generally non-cancelable and non-refundable, except as required by law or explicitly stated in writing.
• For IRA-related services, additional agreements with custodians, storage providers, or third parties may apply and are governed by their respective terms.
• Subscription plans may be modified or canceled in accordance with the terms provided at enrollment.
• Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to demand, availability, or shipping conditions.

Any formal agreement, invoice, or order confirmation issued by ASB will control the specific terms of the transaction and supersede prior communications.

03Market Risk Disclosure

The value of precious metals is subject to market fluctuations and may rise or fall over time. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

By purchasing precious metals, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with commodity markets, including price volatility, liquidity considerations, and economic factors beyond ASB’s control.

04Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods may include bank wire, ACH transfer, check, or other approved forms of payment.

• Orders may be subject to holding periods until funds fully clear.
• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the order and potential liability for market losses incurred during that period.
• ASB reserves the right to charge administrative or market loss fees where permitted by law.

05Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

ASB arranges for secure and insured shipping of purchased metals.

• Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery.
• Delivery requires accurate address information and may require signature confirmation.
• ASB is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.

For storage-based purchases (such as IRA holdings), metals may be held in approved third-party depositories subject to their terms.

06Use of Website and Communications

You agree to use our website and communication channels only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to interfere with the operation of our systems
• Use our services for spam, abuse, or fraudulent activity

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for misuse and retain records as permitted by law.

07Communications & Messaging

Phone and email. When you submit your contact information or request services, you agree that American Sovereign Bullion LLC may contact you by phone or email about your inquiry, transactions, or related services.

Text messages. Text messages are sent only to people who enroll in one or both of our text-message programs, as described in Section 08.

By using American Sovereign Bullion LLC’s services, including signing up for text message communications, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, including the terms related to data collection, communication, and security. If you enroll in one or both text-message programs, you consent to receive the types of text messages you selected from American Sovereign Bullion LLC. Your continued use of our services constitutes your ongoing consent to these Terms.

08SMS Text Messaging Programs

American Sovereign Bullion LLC offers separate, optional customer-care and marketing text-message programs.

Customer-care messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, customer-support responses, and order or account updates.

Marketing messages may include information about gold and silver products and services, promotional offers, educational guides, market reports, and sales follow-ups.

When you opt into either program, we will send a text message confirming your selected subscription. Messages may be recurring and sent using automated technology to the mobile number you provide.

Your SMS consent applies only to the program or programs you select. Consent to customer-care messages does not constitute consent to marketing messages. SMS consent is collected separately from permission to receive phone calls or emails. Submitting a website form without selecting an SMS consent box does not enroll you in either text-message program.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase.

Opting out: Reply STOP to opt out of our text messages. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. After that confirmation, no further text messages will be sent unless you provide new consent.
