03SMS Communications

American Sovereign Bullion LLC offers two separate, optional text-message programs. You enroll in a program only by checking its consent box on our forms. Each box is unchecked by default, and you can submit a form without selecting either one. SMS consent is collected separately from permission to receive phone calls or emails, and consent to customer-care messages does not constitute consent to marketing messages.

• Customer-care messages: appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, customer-support responses, and order or account updates.
• Marketing messages: information about gold and silver products and services, promotional offers, educational guides, market reports, and sales follow-ups.

When you enroll in either program, we send a text message confirming your selected subscription. Messages may be recurring and sent using automated technology to the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we record your consent: When you enroll, we keep a record of your consent, including your mobile number, the program or programs you selected, the consent language shown to you, and the date and time. We also keep a record of opt-out requests. We retain these records for as long as needed to honor your choices and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

Service providers: Our text messages are sent and managed through our phone and messaging provider and our customer relationship management (CRM) platform. These providers process your mobile number and messages only to deliver and manage our communications on our behalf.

American Sovereign Bullion LLC does not sell or share mobile information or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the information sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties.

04Consent to Communications

Consent to receive communications is obtained when:

• You voluntarily submit your contact information through website forms, landing pages, or advertisements that include appropriate disclosure. Consent to text messages is given only by checking a separate text consent box.
